FAQ
Is this like a LIVE Zoom training session?
Not quite! After you do your assigned workouts and video your exercises, I review them and give you feedback via a custom video addressed to you–or if it’s a simple correction, then via text or email.
What if I'm not comfortable going to the gym alone?
You’re not alone! I totally understand the feeling, and felt the same way when I first started. I was uncertain, self conscious, and had no idea what I was doing.
I assure you though, folks at the gym are either feeling introverted themselves or are too occupied with their own workouts to give you any notice.
Your workout assignments will come with brief but thorough instructional videos you can study prior to and during your workout so you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it!
I also recommend simply getting comfortable with the gym space first. Walk around the floor. Use a cardio machine. Do things you know how to do. Get comfortable and make it your space. You can also bring a friend!
Can online coaching give as much accountability as in-person training?
Absolutely! Because I’d argue there’s EVEN MORE ACCOUNTABIILTY because instead of working together only in scheduled in-person sessions, you actually have me all week long–even though it’s remote. And, if I’m not receiving your daily reports and workout reports, you bet I’m going to bug ya until I do and will be making sure the numbers are on track for progress.
How do you show and correct me on exercises?
