Can you make workout routines for at-home exercise?

Definitely! This has been a super popular request since 2020.

I take into account your training level, available equipment, and also provide a free consulting service to help you put together a home gym or exercise space that maximizes workout efficiency and space usage for any budget.

What if my plans need adjustments?

I always check with you if a meal plan is fully to your liking, and then make final adjustments based on your input. Changes after sending the final version is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to exercise plans due to change of gym, doctor/therapist orders, etc. are also determined on a case-by-case basis.
