What if my plans need adjustments?
I always check with you if a meal plan is fully to your liking, and then make final adjustments based on your input. Changes after sending the final version is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to exercise plans due to change of gym, doctor/therapist orders, etc. are also determined on a case-by-case basis.
